1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between the l44 platform and the user. By accessing or using l44's website, app, or any digital service, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

2.1 Age Verification

l44 may request identity documents or other proof at any time to verify a user's age. The account may be restricted until verification is complete. Registering with false information will result in account closure and suspension of withdrawals.

3 Account Registration

An active account is required to access the full features of the platform. Providing accurate information at registration is mandatory, and it is the user's responsibility to keep that information up to date.

3.1 Account Security

Keeping the account username and password confidential is each user's own responsibility. Third parties must not be given access to the account. Any unauthorised activity on the account must be reported to l44 immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals or transactions above a certain amount, l44 may request a national identity card, passport, or other valid documents to verify the user's identity. This verification process is carried out to prevent fraud and protect users.

3.3 Account Closure

Any user may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any remaining balance may be withdrawn, provided there are no outstanding bonus conditions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on l44 are handled through secure and reliable methods.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

l44 currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (the same for each method).

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank may be used.

4.3 Processing Times

Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, account verification or other special circumstances may require additional time.

4.4 Transaction Authenticity

All deposits and withdrawals must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Transactions made through a third party may result in account suspension.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

l44 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, it must be wagered 10 times (10x). Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; before withdrawing, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Promotions

l44 offers various deals including weekly reload gifts, slots festival bonuses, cricket deposit rewards, birthday special rewards, and refer-a-friend rewards. Each promotion has its own wagering conditions and validity period.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• If the deposited funds are spent before wagering the bonus, the bonus may be forfeited.
• If abuse of any bonus is detected, l44 reserves the right to cancel that bonus and forfeit any winnings obtained from it.
• In any bonus-related dispute, l44's decision shall be final.
• A bonus is never a substitute for cash and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus after meeting the conditions are withdrawable.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

l44 believes that gambling or betting is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed in a controlled manner. We care about the financial and mental wellbeing of our users.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the l44 platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Opening an account with a false name, age, or identity.
• Registering using another person's identity.
• One person operating multiple accounts.

7.2 Technical Abuse

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or operate games.
• Attempting to infiltrate or manipulate the platform's software.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.

7.3 Financial Abuse

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Coordinated betting to circumvent bonus conditions.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

l44 treats the protection of users' personal data as its highest priority. We store data using SSL encryption and modern security technology.

• User data is not sold to third parties.
• Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by legal obligation.

9 Service Changes and Suspension

l44 reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or temporarily suspend any part of the platform at any time and without prior notice. This may be done for maintenance, technical improvements, or other operational reasons.

If any ongoing bet or game session is interrupted during a service suspension, l44 will resolve the situation in accordance with its policies. Funds in the user's account will remain safe.

9.1 Account Suspension

If there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, l44 may temporarily suspend the relevant account during an investigation. Based on the outcome of the investigation, a decision will be made to restore or permanently close the account.

10 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between l44 and a user, resolution through discussion will be attempted first.

10.1 How to Submit a Complaint

Any complaint or dispute must be submitted in writing to the support team. After receiving the complaint, l44 will begin an investigation as promptly as possible. The complainant will be given regular updates on the progress of the investigation.

10.2 Disputes Regarding Game Results

In disputes over game results, server logs and game provider data shall be considered final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the relevant bet or round may be voided or suspended.

11 Limitation of Liability

l44 strives to operate its services as reliably as possible. However, l44 is not liable in the following situations:

• Issues caused by internet connection disruptions or faults in third-party services.
• Inconvenience caused by the user's own device or network.
• Account information being compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Service disruption caused by unexpected or uncontrollable events (force majeure).

Participation in betting and casino games is voluntary and every bet carries a risk of financial loss. l44 is not responsible for any losses a user incurs from betting or gaming.

12 Amendment of Terms

l44 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance by email or through the platform.

If a user continues to use the platform after revised terms are published, they are considered to have accepted the new terms. If a user does not agree with the revised terms, they may stop using the platform and request account closure.
